We are looking for a AI Video Team Leader to lead the development of AI-powered video products, ensuring high production performance, fast speed, and meeting the growing quality demands of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Product Development
- Lead the creation of AI video products, including content understanding and technical/technology tools for AI video production.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to translate client requirements (brands and e-commerce platforms) into technical and specialized requirements for the video production team.
- Implement the production of short videos, creating innovative content and optimizing the production process.
- Train and develop AI technology skills for the production team, fostering an innovative and efficient working environment.
- Work with the Commercial Director to learn short video production requirements and best practices from partners, especially major brands and e-commerce platforms, and apply them to AI video production.
- Ownership
- Take full responsibility for AI video production projects, from concept to final product.
- Build and optimize the production process to ensure AI technology application saves time and resources.
- Manage project budgets and assess the effectiveness of AI technology in each production stage.
- Ensure AI video products meet client requirements, initially in terms of quantity, and later in both quantity and quality.
- Partnership
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams (data team, merchandise, creative, content, VA team, etc.) to develop creative video solutions based on AI technology.
- Serve as the main point of contact with AI solution providers, editing tools, and specialized software.
- Additional: Build strategic partnerships with technology companies and AI experts to stay updated with the latest industry trends.1. Education background requirements: Bachelor at relevant experience
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
- Must have: +3 years' experience in E-commerce or related retail company as position (Senior) Key Account, Partnership...
- Innovative thinking, fast-paced work style, and problem-solving ability.
- High flexibility, adaptability, and quick learning ability.
- Ability to see the big picture and dive into details when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead teams towards achieving video production goals.
- Basic video editing experience.
- Basic knowledge of one or more AI video production tools (RunwayML, Chat GPT, Capcut Commerce, or similar).
- Experience using traditional video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, combined with AI solutions to optimize production.
- Ability to read data, especially in applying AI to video content production.
- Understanding of digital content trends and how to leverage AI for optimization on platforms ecommerce.
3. Competency requirements:
- Task Management: Prioritize tasks for internal and external cases to manage multiple deadlines
- Analysis & Problem Solving: Identify and analyze problems by isolating key issues, evaluate relevant data to find reasonable solutions and present it on tracker/slide
- Brand Management: Actively manage brand expectations to deliver sales performance
- Communication: Actively manage communication channels from internal/external stakeholders, response on time and approach with clear answers
