- Develop and conduct quality & compliance system monitoring and auditing at both our own factories and supplier sites.

- Be responsible for the products quality at supplier sides, including suppliers’ quality system audit and monitor the applications of our QMS procedures in order to ensure that the suppliers’ product quality control complies with our requirements.

- Handle the customer feedbacks on our products and services by investigating the issues, paying a visit to customers’ factories for further investigations and figuring out corrective actions and solutions.

- Carry out full performance audit, compliance audit and re-audit at our own factories and supplier sites.

- Co-ordinate with our factories and suppliers to well prepare for external audits from brands/buyers by carrying out pre-audit, follow-up of improvement actions, post-audit to ensure corrective actions done for findings and no re-occurrence.

- Assist the Management team in any Compliance or EMS program applying for suppliers according to the business or the customer requirements. Show initiatives at tactical level and develop ideas effectively against established business strategies.

- Work closely with HR team in 5S implementation, HSE and sustainability compliance and certification.

- Other tasks as required
