HR Support for the rep office: 11 HCs (including 4 expats)
Job Description The following tasks should be handled independently without detail instruction by supervisor.
• IT equipment management.
• Arrangement of visa for visitors, employees for overseas business trip.
• Logistics arrangement (book hotel/air ticket/restaurant, arrange car for staff’s business trips)
• Prepare monthly income statement to report to headquarter.
• Maintain filing system, both electronic and physical.
• Support expats and their family
• Arrangement of visa/TRC matter for expats and family.
• Coordinate with banks to resolve relevant arising cases
• Support for tax (PIT, etc.)
• Handling Mail
• Translation of BD material when needed.
• Prepare periodical reports to authorities.
• Support to managers/employees in administration works on an ad- hoc basis.
• Collect invoices, prepare vouchers, make all payments for office in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth office operations (landlord, IT company, bank, etc.
• Improve office working environment.
• Office supply (Stationery, Water, etc.)
• Salary calculation and S.I matters
• Contract negotiation and its internal process for administration matters.
• Make bank transaction
• Maintaining office assets (Fixed assets/IT assets)
• Monitor overtime hours of staff and arrange salary and bonus for employees.
• Budget management of business development research fee.
• In charge of internal event (company trip, party, etc.)
Education background:
• Having degree from a recognized university.

• Have fluent business English skills
• Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Experience
• Must have experience in payroll, social insurance and PIT calculation
• 5- 6 years of experience of administration and accounting in an office environment
• Have experience in working with authorities to obtain work permit, visa, TRC
