Mô tả Công việc
- Develop and implement plans for agent development;
- Oversee agent sales activities and distribution of products according to company policies and regulations;
- Update, consolidate, analyze, and report market information and competitor activities to propose and execute timely and effective actions;
- Prepare reports and provide suggestions to ensure business activities align with medium- and long-term market changes;
- Report to the General Director on agent market share and nationwide development effectiveness;
- Details will be discussed during the interview.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in companies with 200 or more employees in construction, equipment, machinery, industrial products, banking, or 5 years in other fields;
- In-depth knowledge of agent management;
- Ability to assess, evaluate, and analyze the market;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
