Job purpose

• ERP Consulting: analyze business processes and provide recommendations for ERP system optimization.
• Business Analysis: directly consulting and analyzing development requirements from business units
• User Support: directly support users in daily activities

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

a) ERP Consulting (40%)

• Provide support to debug and troubleshoot ERP issues.
• Coordinate with ERP developers and support team to resolve system errors.
• Test customizations, new functionality based on evolving business needs
• Identify improvements and propose process change/improvement for ERP.
• Identify opportunities to leverage ERP functionality to improve operational efficiencies

b) Business Analysis (50%)

• Support the development of the Sales Force Administration (SFA) mobile app.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from departments to develop integrated-systems that align business needs.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories) to ensure the IT team fully understands the requirements.
• Coordinate with developers on system implementation and testing, ensuring product quality before deployment.
• Prepare user manuals and training end-users for business applications.
• Mapping and documenting existing business processes and workflow.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data governance policies are aligned with business requirements and system workflows

c) User Support (10%)

• Be the first-point contact for troubleshooting, and resolve issues/challenges related to business applications from users within the company.

***Company main business applications:

ERP (SAP B1), HRM system, SFA, Industry-specialized systems

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from University, College majoring in IT, management informatics, information system or other related disciplines;
• At least 01 year of experience in BA position or equivalent positions;
• Understanding of business and related operations (Sales, Accounting, Customer care.);
• Passion and interest in researching and evaluating solutions for projects, recommending effective and low-cost solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team;

3. WORKING PLACE:

• Sofic Building, No. 10, Mai Chi Tho Street, District 2, Ho Chi Minh
• Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 16:30 pm, 2 Saturdays off in a month

4. Income: 15 - 20 Million
