II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assists in developing, coordinating, and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Identifies strategic goals by gathering relevant business, financial, service, and operations information
Helps to coach, advise, and discipline employeesBusiness Requirements
1. Qualification
Graduated from University with major in Banking, Finance, Foreign Trade; Economics or economic-related disciplines
2. Work Experience
Experience in Sales, Finance, Audit or other relevant business sector
3. Knowledge
Preferably Financing, Banking or Economics
4. Skills
Analytical, problem-solving; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
Conducting employee performance review
Participate in recruitment process
Assisting line manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Ensuring company policies be followed
Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
Completing tasks assigned by the manager accurately and efficiently
Interpersonal, good communication
Can work under pressure in fast-paced environment either independently or in a team
Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversified group of individuals at organization levels
Integrity, innovative, customer-oriented, collaborative
Confident, aggressive and have a flair for task management
PC proficiency and good organization skills
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
