1. Legal Advisory & Compliance
• Advise senior management and departments on applicable laws and regulations related to the company’s operations.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, Investment Law, Commercial Law, etc.
• Research and stay updated on legal changes that may affect the company.
2. Contract Drafting & Review
• Draft, review, and revise various contracts: labor contracts, commercial contracts, investment contracts, service contracts, etc.
• Review contractual terms to protect the company’s interests and minimize legal risks.
• Work with partners, clients, and lawyers to negotiate contract terms.
3. Legal Dispute Resolution
• Represent the company in dealings with government authorities, courts, and arbitration bodies when disputes arise.
• Assist in handling complaints, litigation, or contractual disputes.
• Coordinate with external counsel on major lawsuits.
4. Internal Legal Matters
• Draft internal regulations and policies to ensure legal compliance.
• Support the HR department in resolving labor disputes.
• Guide and train employees on relevant legal regulations.
5. Legal Support for Business Operations
• Provide legal advice on investments, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansion.
• Conduct legal due diligence for projects and investment plans prior to implementation.
• Assist with business licenses and legal procedures related to company operations.
