KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor Process Quality: Ensure that Telesales operations follow company standards and processes.
- Automate Reports: Improve reporting systems by automating key reports to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure Team Leaders and operators follow established rules and procedures.
- Evaluate Calls: Listen to operator calls, assess quality, and provide feedback to Team Leaders.
- Minimize Misconduct: Detect and reduce operator cheating or rule violations, applying corrective actions when necessary.
- Improve Skills: Work with QC and Team Leaders to improve operators' customer service and sales skills.
Training & Development:
- Design Training Programs: Create and update training materials for new and existing operators, as well as for new product launches.
- Deliver Training: Implement and oversee training plans, ensuring they meet the needs of the team.
- Track Training Results: Report training outcomes to management and suggest ways to improve future sessions.
- Innovate Training Methods: Suggest and test new training methods to continuously improve operator performance.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Prepare Reports: Submit regular updates on quality and training performance to the QA & Training Supervisor.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the Telesales department.
4. Additional Duties:
- Support New Initiatives: Assist with new product launches and special projects as needed.
