• Assist in sustaining a refined, efficient, timely and yet welcoming luggage experience.
• Receive, track, coordinate and deliver guest luggage.
• Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who need luggage assistance.
• Insist luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, caution and security.
• Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inform guests of all safety measures, room amenities, and features.
• Promote hotel outlets, services and events.
• Store guest baggage upon request.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.
• Maintain close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations.
• Ensure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.

• Basic Education completed is preferred.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.Fluent in English is encouraged.
• Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
