【Job description】(details)
1. Order Placement & Import Management:
- Place orders with domestic suppliers and manage imports from overseas.
- Utilize the PO system to automatically generate reports, review order quantities, and submit for approval.
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers until orders are completed.

2. Domestic Transportation Management:
- Manage and oversee the shipment of goods to branches (HN, NT, DN, HP, PQ).
- Verify quantities, issue delivery notes, and schedule shipments accordingly.

3. Processing Freight Payments:
- Handle payment for transportation service providers.
- Prepare DO (Delivery Order) for each shipment and reconcile records with transport companies at the end of the month.

4. Supplier Payment Processing:
- Process payments for orders, including advance payments for new suppliers with no credit terms.

5. Export Operations:
- Receive export orders from the overseas sales team and coordinate inventory preparation.
- Work with SG-ACC and partners to schedule shipments.
- Prepare export documentation as per import country requirements (HC, Form D, Phyto, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary certificates and documents.

6. Handling Issues & otherTasks:
- Address issues arising during order processing, transportation, and export procedures.
- Process additional costs such as urgent shipping fees, certification fees, and DHL courier costs.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
