This position will be provided shuttle bus from BA RIA/ BIEN HOA/ DISTRICT 2/ THU DUC CITY to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (50 minutes transportation to our Factory)
Responsible for management of Product Development, Engineering, Process Development, and Industrial Engineering Teams.
Supporting Production departments for Improvement of projects.
Management, motivation, and development of subordinates.
R&D for competitive products, processes, materials, and machines as well as patents.
Developing the process, design, and control project for product manufacturing.
Analyzing the issues in product development, solve the issues with analytical thinking, and trial-out build and optimize the product aesthetic and dimensional.
Preparing high-quality samples during product development.
Managing the Process Engineer Team in manpower and job allocation.

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or materials field.
Experience in the Position of Technical Supervisor in the Automotive Industry, experience with Composites Materials for Automotive is a plus.
7 QC tools and other problem-solving techniques.
Knowledge about 3D CAD Systems (NX, Catia, SolidWorks)
Good command of English, good computer skills MS (word, excel...).
Have good systematic thinking and analytical skills.
Good and strong leadership skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and others are necessary to do this job without conflict.
Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
