We are looking for talent for Maintenance Leader/Manager for the company that manufactures shrink sleeve labels, spouted pouches and label-application machines with:

Job descriptions:

• Implement planning, management, supervision of maintenance work, preventive maintenance, to plan the validation of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repair, validation documents according to ISO 9001-2015
• Perform maintenance program and planning to reduce costs
• Maintain records and analyze downtime, identify problems, and recommend modifications and/or improvements for maintenance
• Assign, support & manage & supervise work in the team.
• Training and building the team of professional maintenance staff.
• Directing, guiding, and checking the order of work assigned to employees
• Regularly check the work of employees during the working process. Take responsibility for the work results of subordinates
• Monitor, check and control the check list in power system.
• Ensure correct stock and spare parts inventory
• Engage with other departments in quality and process improvement
• Supervising and inspecting the work of maintenance personnel to ensure conformity with the plant and technical requirements
• Coordinate with production departments whose equipment is required to be repaired, maintained and upgraded
• To plan and monitor monthly and annual maintenance budget
• To keep close communication with equipment suppliers to improve performance and reduce costs
• Arrange, preserve and manage the equipment of the maintenance room

• Managing SHE in the department, ensuring the safety of people, the environment, machinery and equipment
• 5S management: clean and tidy the maintenance and repair area.
• Ensure the exemplary observance of company rules, fire safety, regularly check on the fire safety status of factory

• Mechanical – Mechatronics Engineer
• Having expertise in supporting systems in the factory: electricity, cooling, compressors, ventilation systems, boilers.
• At least 7-10 years of working experience in the field of repair & maintenance in foreign investments enterprises.
• Able to communicate in English at work.
