* FINANCIAL RETURNS
- Manage and develop portfolio of Corporate/DMC accounts with MICE Potential to maximize market share and revenues;
- Assess MICE accounts and their opportunities, as a result create account plans as per the Hyatt template and execute strategies and tactics to drive revenue and market share
- Network within the respective accounts to find those key decision makers, their support staff and other relationship opportunities
- Conduct or participate in client meetings as well as plan and coordinate familiarization tours, entertainments and site inspections
- Gather information on current and prospective clients / contacts to generate incremental business
- Conduct or participate in prospective clients' interviews and help drive MICE conversion
- Keep an accurate record of all activities (sales calls, telesales, entertainment) made for future reference and control purposes in the sales system
- Ensure accurate Account Profiles and Account Intelligence and Pursuit Strategies are undertaken, completed and posted to appropriate communication channels and sales systems
- Use both account interaction and publicly available tools to monitor competitors' activities, in line with Hyatt counsel, as it relates to both Hyatt and the portfolio of accounts and share relevant information with key stakeholders
- Other duties and responsibilities
- Support in the MICE negotiate phase if required and complete tenders
- Establishes and continuously updates mailing lists
- Provides feedback to management on changing market conditions, including trends in competition

- Works with superior on manpower planning and management needs
- Works with superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
* GUEST EXPERIENCE
- Handle and manage clients' queries or issues
- Meets with guests from major producers/organizers of events staying in the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attends major sales/PR related functions within the hotel and monthly networking events in other venues

- Annual Operating Profit/Payroll Budget – Sales Target
- Key Metrics – Sales Target
- Decision Making Responsibilities (Decision Rights) - Within the authority as assigned for Hotel Band 5 role
