Within the team, you will work mainly with the team manager and our accounting outsourcing company. Also, you will heavily communicate with our business department staff, our clients, and suppliers.

We use MISA accounting software. The outsourcing company will input all records. (You will NOT input records but you will review the records to ensure the accuracy.)

- Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Issue Debit Notes, Invoices & other bills coordinating with business departments
• Monitor and manage AR dates and follow up on overdue accounts
• Prepare monthly reports on AR status and collections
• Submit accurate and up-to-date ARs and client information to the outsourcing company

- Accounts Payable (AP):
• Communicate well with our suppliers
• Prepare and proceed with bank transfers and payments with the suppliers
• Monitor and manage AP dates and follow up on overdue accounts
• Submit accurate and up-to-date APs and supplier information to the outsourcing company

- Others:
• Be the main PIC for communication with the outsourcing company
• Deal with sales refunds when refunds occur
• Calculate and manage all expenses of the company, including business trips and our expenses paid by clients
• Manage petty cash of HCM and Hanoi office
• File and manage paper invoices, bills and documents
• Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the team manager
