Host Duties & Responsibilities:

• Highly knowledgeable of credit procedures, if applicable

• Devote significant time being visible and available on the E-gaming floor in order to meet and greet guests during individual visits as well during special events

• Serves as host/hostess for special events on a regular basis

• Utilizes telemarketing, correspondence, referrals, email and events to solicit high value players and grow existing business

• Assists in planning and executing special events and programs to stimulate revenue growth, improve operational costs and enhance customer service levels

• Answer questions regarding times and gaming sessions, transportation services and all events and promotions

• Assist Marketing in ticket/invitation distribution when needed for events

• Emcee player events (lucky draw, parties, tournaments)

• Responsible to fill events as indicated by Manager

Education:

• Relevant degree such as Bachelor's and Collage Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Business/Administration, Communication, English/Korean/Chinese

Experience:

• Customer service and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, e-mail, and player tracking systems

• Develop relationships with VIP customer base through weekly telemarketing and in person contact on the casino floor
