5. 組織發展與人力籌備 (人力盤點/優化/汰離)
6. 員工關係EAP改善
7. 薪資獎酬獨立運作
8. 配合人資總部專案規劃與執行

*Job Description:
Maintain the Human Resources Systems (Apollo / KM).
Implement standardized talent recruitment (industry-academia collaboration / local hiring).
Establish modularized education and training modules (factory inspection / salary adjustment / technology transfer).
Execute performance appraisal management.
Organizational development and workforce planning (workforce inventory / optimization / separation).
Improve Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employee relations.
Independently operate salary and reward systems.
Coordinate with HR headquarters for project planning and execution.
