Overview
We are looking for a PMO Manager to join our Tech JDI business unit. The PMO Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project management office, ensuring that planning and execution of software projects is in alignment with business objectives. This role involves establishing and enforcing project execution standards, and ensuring that all projects adhere to company protocols and ISO standards
Role & Responsibilities
Project Monitoring and Compliance
● Oversee and monitor all project activities to ensure adherence to established protocols
and processes.
● Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up- to- date.
● Maintain and enforce project execution standards and methodologies.
Reporting and Documentation
● Prepare project reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
● Ensure project documentation is ISO compliant, maintaining the highest standards of
quality and accuracy.
● Develop and manage templates, tools, and processes to streamline project
documentation and reporting.
Stakeholder Management
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially clients, including
team members and management.
● Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed, and project goals are aligned with
business objectives.
● Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Project Planning and Management
● Work with sales consultant and client for project scope, costing, and deliverables
● Develop comprehensive project plan including timelines, milestones and resource
allocation
● Coordinate project activities, ensure all project milestones are completed on time, and
managing resources according to budget
Project Support and Problem Solving
● Resolve project issues quickly and effectively to keep project on track
● Identify potential problems and develop mitigation plans
● Monitor project activities and address any deviation from plan
Are you the right fit?
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a software development environment with at least 3
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese
● Proven knowledge and understanding of software development project management
● Strong technical skill, analytical, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
