SUMMARY:
As a financial analyst, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis combined with market analysis and recommendations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Conduct a variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Provide insights into financial trends and make recommendations for improvement.
2. Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models for decision support.
- Create ad-hoc reports to support various business initiatives.
3. Data Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and outliers.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reports.
4. Financial Modeling:
- Build and maintain financial models to assess the impact of various business scenarios.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing financial models.
5. Cost Analysis:
- Analyze costs and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience and/or above in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Expert in Power BI.
- Fluent in English is a must.
