• Manage technical systems of machinery, equipment and other assets at offices, warehouses to operate stably and well.
• Prepare operation and maintenance plans on schedule as well as comply with the manufacturer's or consultant's recommendations. Ensure that work related to the maintenance and upkeep of technical systems is carried out properly, reasonably, scientifically, cost-effectively.
• Proactively resolve incidents related to technical issues within the scope of assigned tasks - Record all arising issues related to technical systems and promptly inform relevant parties.
• Manage documents related to technical systems of offices, stores, projects, company facilities: documents, drawings, machinery records device.
• Store materials and manage assets related to technical systems.
• Manage a team of technical staff including assigning work, monitoring and evaluating work results.
• Evaluate employee capacity and make training plans based on actual capacity to improve skills and work efficiency.
• Assign work to technicians to complete assigned tasks.
• Set up and manage records of all company machinery and equipment.
• Directly participate in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of machinery when needed.• At least 5 years of experience in a management
• Graduated from college/college/university as an engineer specializing in industrial electrical engineering, electromechanics, refrigeration
• Proven ability to apply advanced maintenance principles, including preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the operating principles, structure, and functions of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of setting goals, developing maintenance plans, and effectively managing execution.
