• Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
• Assists with RFP responses and the drafting and distribution of proposals and contracts.
• Maintains an efficient and accurate filing system to record all sales agreements, contracts and quotations
• Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.
• Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.
• Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems
• Ensures all allocated Accounts are being updated regularly and all activities / events log book is being accurately maintained
• Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Sales Managers / Executives.
• Prepares, compiles and distributes the weekly / monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Assists in the compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Researches report and in sales blitz.
• Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met.
• Assists the Sales Manager / Executives to follow up on all matters in the absence of the Sales Manager / Executives.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Understands and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
