• Open the door, greet guests when they enter the restaurant with a bright smile, warm and polite voice - gestures

• Ask guests for reservation information, check information and direct guests to the table, ensure guests are seated in the correct position and are served promptly

• Remember the name and face of loyal customers to greet guests by name

• Open the door, greet guests and thank them when they leave

• Receive table reservation information directly when guests enter the restaurant, based on the list of tables booked by guests and the guests' preferences (like to sit near the window, sit near the lights ...) to arrange tables for guests. .

• Guide guests to the table and ensure that guests are served promptly by the desk staff.

• Ready to advise and introduce to guests the typical dishes and drinks of the restaurant based on the preferences and requirements of the guests.

• Directing guests to permitted areas, meeting staff in charge… when required.

• Support the service process when the restaurant is crowded.

• Provide professional guidance for new employees when required.

• Support, participate in communication programs, promote the restaurant's image.

• Participate in proposing ideas to improve the operational efficiency - business of the restaurant.

• Participate in training courses to improve professional skills for restaurant staff.

• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

• Graduating from high school and higher

• Priority will be given to candidates with 01 or more years of experience in the same position

• Foreign languages: Good English communication, priority is given to candidates with Chinese or Korean comunication.

• Computer: Basic computer skill

• Other skills: Communication, arrangement, presentation skills
