• Promote the development of communication channels and enhance brand awareness.

• Develop marketing strategies that help attract customers

• Develop and implement communication plans and market research plans on the level of resort brand recognition and outstanding services

• Coordinate with departments to complete short-term and long-term communication plans (promotions, gifts, PR...) in accordance with the Resort's business strategy and budget

• Online customer care, maintaining and handling problems on the online site

• Coordinate with research operations and monitor service implementation

• Website completion/construction

• Coordinate with strategic agency marketing programs to promote business

• Research and understand market trends to come up with advertising strategies consistent with brand identity

• Propose communication channels consistent with the Resort's PR plan

• Implement advertising with suppliers according to the approved budget

• Coordinate with the sales department to plan online communication to increase ratings for the resort's services and image

• In charge of, managing and effectively exploiting the Resort's social networking sites: Fanpage; Youtube; Zalo…

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director/General Manager

• Graduated from college and higher, majoring in guest service, business

• Having degrees and certificates related to the profession

• Having at least 02 years working experience as the same position in 4 – 5 stars hotel/ resort

• Being fluent in English; being able to use other language

• Being proficient in office informatics, hotel management software

• Master in hospitality activities

• Having good situation solving skills

• Being able to work independently under high pressure

• Having good commercial and business sense

• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
