• Help Head of the hotel's security and safety division
• Responsible for all security operations including parking in the hotel.
• Coordinate with the outsourced security force and resolve any problems that arise according to their notices.
• Master the rules and regulations of the hotel's security, regulations on fire prevention and fighting, the provisions of the law and ensure that everyone always follows these rules strictly.
• Follow up incidents in the hotel and contact relevant departments to resolve in case of need.
• Deal with customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Cooperate with security forces of state agencies when required.

• A fire Safety, First Aid & Security Officer Certificate is required.
• 2 years work experience in the security/safety field or 2 years work experience in the hospitality field or a combination thereof.
• Had experiences at Club/Bar.
• Possess some previous supervisory or management level work experience.
