- Ensure that all personal files and records are kept in confidential and safe manner and up-to-date.
- Input personal information on HRMS and up-to-date of BUs.
- Checking Timesheet and allowance on Timesheet system, implement payroll, reconciliation payroll for employees and full process of payroll in the responsible scope of work
- Input special leaves in payroll system on time as company policy.
- Provide pay slip to employees, monthly payroll detail to BU Heads within password.
- Implement labor contracts, appendixes, agreement, promotion,... of paper and email.
- Combine to re-check with HR officer about PIT code of employees and dependence PIT code/ dependence amount for PIT finalization declares Implement final payment of resigned staffs timely
- Report about increasing and reducing monthly/Quality/Yearly report ( HC, Social Insurance, Solaris, TOD_TOE)
