- Responsible for supervising and leading a group to:
- Maintain smooth operation of the team to conduct testing and deliver accurate and independent test reports in a timely manner;
- Develop new test methods under guidance of Lab Manager to expand lab capability to meet clients requirement; and
- Improve lab productivity and save operation cost.
- Lead team leaders to assign the task to technicians
- Review results of normal/routine tests or the tests with abnormal observation before sending them to CS team to prepare reports for clients.
- Study and review test methods, SOP, client’s manuals and prepare the proper resources to ensure that jobs are conducted in compliance with required methods/ SOP/ manuals.
- Study new test methods to be developed and assign the tasks to team leaders.
- Summarize the validation/verification process before it is reviewed by Lab manager."
- Review the complaints/claims and/or cooperate all teams for investigation to find out the root cause to submit for Lab Manager review and suggest proper corrective actions to be implemented;
- Responsible for maintenance of laboratory equipment's
- Responsible for quality management system (ISO 17025)
- Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP, forms, guidelines, equipment calibration, ISO17025, etc.) and escalate potential operation risk.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Lab Managers.
