Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Tiktok operation: 20%
- Stock management: Ensure there is no stock shortage of deals.
- Daily collaboration with platform KAM & brand team to monitor & optimize performance.
- Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.
2. Tiktok Brand management: 80%
Content management: 25%
● Work with brand team to plan Tiktok content and create videos to build brand in Tiktok.
● Manage Video upload Schedule.
● Brief video in details and follow up production process.
Livestream: 55%
● Brief thumbnail and follow up set up deals for Internal brands (ARIUL + CARASUN + ROJUKISS + DERMA ANGEL)
● Standby in studio in Binh Thanh to manage Livestream daily including deals and host (3-4 days/week), Follow up livestream of KOL.
● Livestream preparation: prepare document, data & script for livestreaming, prepare products’ testers in advance and handling testers, prevent loss, work with Creative team to deliver final designed livestream
frame, be able design basic product thumbnails, standby during livestreams.
● Livestream performance report and improvement suggestion.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Minimum 01 year of experience in e-commerce operations (Tiktok management is a plus)
● Can thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can work under pressure
● Be able to handle multi-task and excellent in data management.
● Be a good team player & fast learner
● Detail-oriented
● Basic design skills (Photoshop/ Canva/…) is a plus
● Working location: Head Office (District 1) & Studio (Binh Thanh District)
● Can thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can work under pressure
● Be able to handle multi-task and excellent in data management.
