Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote product Fan page/Instagram/Zalo/Email/LinkedIn/YouTube/TikTok, etc. Analyzes online statistics and identifies areas to optimize online marketing performance.
Plan and implement digital campaigns including: audience, budget, content and design orientation for STEAM Clubs, US Dual & Summer;
Define the digital format including: images, videos, multiple images, slideshows and design descriptions;
Take responsibility to produce, edit advertising contents and build compatible pages;
Place and optimize advertisement including: objectives, budget, audience, advertisement formats; messages and technical issues;
Input leads data into the system & qualified leads into Telemarketing’s file;
Track qualified leads and budget;
Be in charge of updating “Vocabulary with STEAM English” articles, coordinate with the Curriculum Department to build and design brief contents for articles;
Update articles on Zalo, AEG Website, Facebook according to the plans;
Be ready and participate in the weekly internal meetings on Tuesday morning (9.00am - 10.30am) and Friday morning (10.00am - 11.00am). This schedule may be changed due to Heads’ schedule but not regularly;
Respond to working information during office hours;
Be responsible for weekly report for results and budget of using Digital on every Monday (before 9.30am);
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

At least 2-3 years of experience in digital media
Experience with visual communication methods
Knowledge of web design, YouTube
Experience with content management
Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skill, result-oriented
Fluent in English is an advantage
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication skills
Good time management skills
Team-working and interacts well with people of all levels
