The Local Community Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and executing localized marketing strategies that engage with the community, increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and promote customer loyalty in a designated geographical area. This role involves working closely with the local store managers, community leaders, and the corporate marketing team to deliver impactful and culturally relevant campaigns. This role is critical for creating a strong brand presence and driving sales within the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, organizations, schools, clubs, and influencers to promote the brand.
- Identify and collaborate with local events, sponsorships, and initiatives that align with brand values and drive visibility in the community.
- Coordinate and attend local events, festivals, and promotions to represent the brand and engage with the local customer base.
- Local Store Marketing (LSM):
- Develop and implement customized store-level marketing plans tailored to the demographics and needs of each location.
- Work with store managers to identify marketing opportunities and execute local store activations, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Track and analyze the success of LSM activities and provide insights to improve future efforts.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Develop localized marketing campaigns that resonate with the community, considering local cultural nuances, customer behaviors, and preferences.
- Oversee the execution of community-based events, including setting up booths, handing out samples, organizing contests, and engaging with customers directly.
- Coordinate with creative and digital teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with the brand and are relevant to the local market.
- Digital & Social Media Activation:
- Manage local social media accounts for each store or region, ensuring content is engaging, community-focused, and timely.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local personalities to amplify local campaigns on digital and social media platforms.
- Analyze social media performance and engagement, making recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Build and maintain a local customer database for targeted promotions and campaigns.
- Work closely with the customer service team to respond to customer feedback and queries in a timely and effective manner, particularly during promotions or events.
- Design and execute loyalty programs or reward initiatives to encourage repeat customers.
- Sales Support & Reporting:
- Monitor local market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the corporate team.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.
- Prepare regular reports on community engagement activities, foot traffic, and sales performance from local events and promotions.
- Brand Ambassador:
- Act as a brand ambassador within the community, ensuring that all engagements and partnerships align with the company’s mission and values.
- Train store staff to embody the brand during events, promotions, and daily interactions with customers.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the local marketing budget for events, partnerships, and campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
- Ensure all local marketing activities are cost-effective and within the approved financial framework.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in local store marketing, community engagement, or field marketing. Prior experience in the F&B or retail industry is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with community leaders, customers, and store staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various local marketing activities and events.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and the ability to customize marketing efforts to suit specific communities.
