The Light Hotel

• To clean and maintain guest rooms to hotel standards, guest corridor and service pantry to the standard set by the hotel.

• To restock service areas and pantries with linen, amenities and other service requirements.

• Organize equipment for daily tasks, including trolley, personal equipment & chemicals.

• Collect daily allocations of rooms and keys.

• Ensure worksheet is kept up to date throughout shift, and keys are signed out & kept securely.

• Room Attendants will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
