Mô tả Công việc
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1. Test Automation Development:
- Design and develop automated test scripts using tools and frameworks;
- Maintain and improve existing automated test frameworks;
- Identify appropriate test cases for automation and prioritize them based on business needs;
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing;
1.2. Test Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with customers, developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria;
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications;
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure product quality;
- Perform manual testing as needed to validate functionality that cannot be automated;
1.3. Bug Management:
- Identify, log, and track bugs using issue tracking tools;
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues;
- Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not recur;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields;
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing, especially with Playwright, Jest, Selenium, Appium;
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks such as React and NextJS;
- Experience with Rails or similar backend frameworks;
- Deep understanding of software development and quality testing methodologies;
- Good at analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
Other requirements:
- Priority is given to candidates with certificates related to the testing field;
- Problem solving skills with developers;
- Ability to withstand pressure at work;
- Willing to learn new skills at work such as automation test, performance test...
