* Support to the General Manager:
- Manage and review contracts, emails, documents,.... before submitting to the Board of Directors.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the General Manager with internal and external parties. Prepare information, files, and documents for the General Manager's meetings and business trips.
- Coordinate and urge departments to ensure the progress and goals of the work.
- Report directly to the General Manager on any issues that arise and request instructions on how to handle them promptly when the General Manager is absent.
* Summary Reports:
- Monitor and summarize financial and business reports from departments.
- Participate in brainstorming and developing programs and plans for the company.
- Communicate information from the Board of Directors to relevant departments, units, and receive feedback.
* Support and Coordination with Other Departments:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with company regulations and management.
- Perform other tasks as required by the General Manager.
