Mô tả công việc
• Monitoring operational supplies, stationary, and storekeeping to support smooth operation
• Manage stock of forms, collaterals and ensure they represent in line with hotel standards, prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis (project, Movie Calendar, payment for Pianist, Netflix….)
• Ensure personnel information and all supporting administration for each colleagues such as new comer, on boarding preparation
• Review daily VIP arrivals to prepare for relevant welcome amenities and special requests
• Preview VIP next day arrivals, ensuring that those with special requests and those accorded special status by hotel are highlight to Management and necessary related functions are actions
• Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
• Familiar with the hotel’s policies and procedures, product, service, rates, special events, city and local information and promotes whenever possible
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
• Perform any other duties that assign by the management from time to time.
• Prepare and submit monthly report including Taxi expenses report, Immigration report to Tourism Department, Upselling report…
• Daily in charge of VAT issuing for all check out guests
• Support Front Desk agent to update Guest Profile, especially Vietnamese guest with details address for daily immigration report purposes
• Cadena, WOT update in timely basis
• Follow up and coordination with HR regards to monthly training report, HR activities and project
• Other duty may assign by DM, AFOM, FOM, DOR

Required Skills:
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
Qualifications:
High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Experience:
1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
