Mô tả công việc

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and maintain efficient collaboration systems, such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack, to streamline communication and project management.

2. Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, within the marketing team to enhance productivity, adaptability, and delivering value to customers.

3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

4. Plan and coordinate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring team participation and continuous improvement.

5. Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize workflow.

6. Continuously assess and improve marketing processes using LEAN principles, eliminating waste and maximizing value creation.

7. Train and coach team members on Agile and LEAN methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

8. Assist in managing the marketing backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and resource availability.

9. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of documentation, such as user stories, product backlogs, and process workflows.

10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile and LEAN methodologies, and propose improvements to the marketing team's processes

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

2. 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on implementing collaboration systems and Agile methodologies.

3. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and LEAN principles, with proven experience in their practical application.

4. Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams towards a common goal

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack).

8. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools is a plus.

9. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

10. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. -Working hours are from 9am - 6pm daily.

- Standard food cost is $15 per day - Probation has 6 days off, official has 7 days off. Can be arranged any day of the month Or arrange 6 or 7 consecutive days off to return to Vietnam/go out (the remaining days are worked continuously). Won't There is a leave regime, if you take additional leave, it will be unpaid leave.

- Tết holiday is from 10 to 12 days.

- Hybrid working mode: Combination of going to the office and working in the apartment. - Employees are provided with Macbook pro (IT), Macbook air (back office) M3 chip generation devices pro/M3; iPhone 15 pro.

- The probationary period ranges from 1 to 3 months, will be discussed clearly when offering candidates. But in the meantime If the candidate has good results on probation, the probation period can be shortened or proactively shortened.

- The company supports all high-standard accommodation, electricity and water regimes: Rent apartments in the central district of Bangkok (or at capital cities of other countries), standards like Vinhomes in Vietnam or higher.

- The number of people in each apartment depends on the number of bedrooms (Senior or more private rooms). Apartment complexes have swimming pools Swimming, free gym, supermarket, coworking space....
