As a Project Manager at ITR VN, you will lead cross-functional teams, set project goals, and ensure that each project is delivered on time, within the scope and team resource.
Your primary responsibilities include:
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and
objectives and plan for release.
● Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
● Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
● Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
● Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members (BA, Devs, Designers, QC), and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
● Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
● Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
● Manage project versions, resources, and timelines.
● Foster a collaborative and innovative project management environment.

Qualification & Experience required:
● At least 5 years of Project Management in the Software Development industry (good
understanding and experience in software development cycle)
● Strong experience in utilizing project management tools (Teams, Notion, JIRA, Github, etc.)
● Proven ability to successfully manage and lead teams of 10 members or more in complex and dynamic project environments. Demonstrated leadership in fostering collaboration, ensuring team cohesion, and achieving project objectives.
● Proven result-oriented person with a focus on delivery
● Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.
● Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts into
non-technical terms for stakeholders.
● Fluent in English.

- Năm 2006, Được thành lập với tên gọi ban đầu là Công ty CP Chứng khoán Ngân hàng TMCP Đông Nam Á với vốn điều lệ 50 tỷ đồng
- Năm 2007, tăng vốn điều lệ lên 200 tỷ đồng
- Năm 2008, đổi tên thành Công ty chứng khoán Seabank
- Năm 2009, đổi tên thành công ty CP chứng khoán Đông Nam Á
- Năm 2011, tăng vốn điều lệ lên 335 tỷ đồng
- Năm 2016, đổi tên thành công ty cổ phần Chứng Khoán Asean. Tăng vốn điều lệ lên 500 tỷ đồng
- Năm 2017, tăng vốn điều lệ lên 1.000 tỷ đồng
- Năm 2022, chuyển trụ sở chính về tầng 4,5,6,7 số 3 Đặng Thái Thân và cho ra mắt hệ thống giao dịch với tên gọi SeaStock
