Mô tả công việc
- Implement the internal procurement strategies and procurement policies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements at the lowest possible cost;
- Understand clearly the specific demand or requirements of the organization and liaise between suppliers, manufacturers and relevant internal departments;
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase goods or services from both local and overseas vendors;
- Conduct a comparative analysis on supplier prices;
- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project;
- Verify that the required order is within the agreed budget. Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions, include alignment with budget owners in cases over budget;
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules;
- Process payments and invoices in line with the agreed trading terms;
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors;
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation;
- Assist in Periodic Performance Review for vendors;
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends;
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration or Foreign trade or Finance
- At least 4 years of work experience in procurement at officer or executive level, for Construction and IT category in Retail industry
- Fluent in English
- Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power-points, ERP software.

CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN DU LỊCH VĂN HÓA SUỐI TIÊN phôi thai là một lâm trại nuôi trăn và sản xuất hàng thủ công mỹ nghệ do ông Đinh Văn Vui – một người con quê hương Sóc Trăng bắt đầu xây dựng vào năm 1987. Lâm trại lúc đầu chỉ có 6.600 m2 đất hoang, có một con suối chảy qua với huyền thoại 7 cô gái đồng trinh cùng tuổi Rồng quy tiên tại dòng suối nên dân trong vùng gọi là Suối Tiên. Đầu năm 1992, dự án xây dựng khu Du Lịch Văn Hóa Suối Tiên được hình thành, các hạng mục công trình lần lượt ra đời. Ngày 02 tháng 09 năm 1995, nhân dịp kỷ niệm Quốc khánh nước CHXHCN Việt Nam, Du Lịch Văn Hóa Suối Tiên chính thức mở cửa đón du khách từ mọi miền đất nước.
