Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Manager with a specific focus on the Electric Vehicle (EV) space to join our dynamic team. As a KOL and Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to engage key opinion leaders, influencers, and establish strategic partnerships within the EV/ tech industry.
We need 1 position for Vietnam market, 2 positions for international market

Responsibilities:

1. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Management:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influential figures, industry experts, and EV advocates within the EV/tech community.
- Develop and implement KOL engagement strategies to drive brand advocacy and amplify our brand message across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to leverage KOL partnerships for promotional activities, content creation, and product endorsements.
- Nurture long-term relationships with KOLs, providing ongoing support, communication, and ensuring their satisfaction with our partnership.

2. Partnership Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic co-marketing opportunities (brand/ media/ event partnerships) to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives to increase brand exposure and drive customer acquisition within the EV market.
- Track and report partnership performance metrics, monitor ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing partnership strategies.
Priority is given to candidates in HCM, can work hybrid in Hanoi & HCM office
