Job Description

Collaborate closely with Sales and Presales teams to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and operational pain points in manufacturing environments.
Design end-to-end solution architectures that optimize production processes, operational efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
Propose and present technical solutions, system architectures, and value propositions to customers in English.
Apply AI/ML solutions to real-world manufacturing use cases, including but not limited to:

Production optimization
Predictive maintenance
Quality control & defect detection
Demand forecasting and process automation

Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) during the presales phase.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture, system design, and implementation roadmap.
Work closely with Delivery/Engineering teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and smooth handover from presales to implementation.
Continuously research and recommend emerging technologies, especially in AI, data platforms, and smart manufacturing solutions.

Requirement

3–5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar roles.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), comfortable working directly with global clients.
Proven experience in manufacturing optimization, production systems, or industrial environments.
Hands-on or architectural experience in applying AI/ML solutions to manufacturing use cases.
Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and enterprise systems.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and impact.
Strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Have

Experience with Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, or Digital Transformation projects.
Knowledge of IoT, MES, ERP, SCM systems in manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.
Experience building PoC/demo environments and developing technical proposals or solution documents.
