- Together with Account get brief directly from client / get brief from Account, analyze and clarify all requirements, determine the approach;
- Researching customers, products, services..., searching and synthesizing information and documents related to the project for the creation and development of concepts and ideas;
- Document the results of brainstorming sessions to create an internal deployment plan, which includes briefing all involved departments and setting deadlines;
- Ensure quality control and adhere to deadlines for proposals;
- Gather all critical information and incorporate it logically into proposals. Create presentations that are both logically structured and aesthetically pleasing;
- Play a significant role in developing proposals and quotes for event creative concepts that set our service apart;
- Facilitate regular two-way communication between clients and the team, providing strong team representation and setting appropriate client expectations;
- Develop and present marketing campaigns at client pitches.- At least 1 Year experience with responsibility and similar position in Event Agency environment;
- Solution thinking, creativity/difference, efficiency, initiative;
- Fluent and effective in communication (English and Vietnamese);
- Knowledge and experience in the entertainment industry (celebs, talent, art performance, tactic, technique, entertainment technology, stage effects ...);
- Service mindset, customer-oriented;
