1. Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage creative and engaging content on social platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness. Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to develop visually appealing content for social platforms.
Job Description:
Plan, generate ideas, produce content and post on social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other social channels.
Produce communication messages, compose and update scripts for advertising content, and work with the performance team to run appropriate advertising campaigns.
Participate in product shooting or filming sessions and edit high-quality basic videos using CapCut or any video editing software/application.
Research market, competitors and customer insights to propose suitable new content activities and trends. Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product features and benefits.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
Optimize product descriptions and visuals to enhance the online shopping experience.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
Other tasks assigned by the Marketing manager.

What you should have:
A minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar position at e-commerce companies or retail industry is an advantage.
Can automatically record short videos with your phone. Use Capcut or video editing software/apps
Good English reading and writing skills (IELTS 6.0 or above).
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Can work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Communication skills and ability to work with relevant departments.
Strong creativity and good aesthetic sense.
Ability to quickly catch trends.
Understanding of U.S. culture is plus.
