1. Develop operational plans

• Develop the annual warehouse operations plan and budget, with periodic adjustments

2. Develop and update regulatory documents within the scope of the Logistics Department

• Annually develop, review, update, and revise regulatory documents related to the Logistics Department
• Review regulatory documents related to warehouse management of subsidiary units

3. Plan, establish, and manage the logistics network in alignment with business objectives

• Develop the company’s logistics model and that of its subsidiaries, integrating the network of factories into the overall logistics distribution system
• Establish governance mechanisms and performance indicators to evaluate the efficiency of each function/unit within the logistics system
• Research, assess, and propose the adoption of technologies that optimize the operational productivity of the logistics system
• Develop and operate the logistics cost structure, including inputs, storage, and distribution, to support management decision-making
• Develop and manage the logistics budget plan in alignment with the business plan
• Be responsible for warehouse operational KPIs

4. Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations

• Implement the logistics model in accordance with organizational requirements
• Monitor the progress of inbound and outbound activities across the entire system, and propose corrective actions to ensure timely execution
• Approve within authority or propose to the Executive Board internal transfer plans to maintain inventory balance and optimize storage capacity across the warehouses of the Head Office and its subsidiaries

5. Manage goods storage operations

• Develop standardized inbound and outbound procedures aligned with the warehouse management software system.
• Establish warehouse operation regulations to ensure safety and quality.
• Plan the outsourced warehouse network based on the needs of the Business Units and the Head Office
• Identify and secure opportunities to expand the warehouse network to enhance operational efficiency and business flexibility
• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse capacity to proactively address fluctuations in production and business demand

6. Manage warehouse operating costs

• Develop and operate a reporting data system to support warehouse management operations
• Collaborate in designing the cost structure for warehouse/storage management and organizational oversight

7. Other duties: Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Majors in Food Processing, Industrial Management, Logistics, Finance and Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management at an equivalent level
• Well-versed in quality management processes, including coordination in raw material inspection, semi-finished product control, and product traceability procedures
• Familiar with warehouse management models and best practices, such as FIFO/FEFO, 5S, KAIZEN, and safety protocols
• Understanding of sales operations, including delivery methods and requirements tailored to specific business channels
• Strong knowledge of cost control related to warehouse operations
• Knowledge and operational skills in SAP and WMS systems for monitoring activities and inventory status
• Fluent in English, with the ability to read and comprehend technical documents
• Proficient in office computer applications and ERP/ORACLE systems
