Summary Dept

The operation Optimization Department is team-oriented to optimize operations by making positive and specific changes in the operation process => Helping businesses meet the requirements of external customers and internal personnel quickly, fast, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage Business Intelligence solutions for the organization
- Develop portfolios of business analysis reports, business performance, and inventory.
- Develop visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI to review performance and drive quality decision-making across the entire business and internal departmental activities.
- Transform business requirements into specifications for system-wide data center development
- Coordinate with related departments to collect data, actively analyze, and make recommendations to departments
- Participating in the development of report topics and data dictionary documentation
- Make operational reports on demand.

Key Requirement

- At least 1 year of experience in making business performance analysis reports and data analysis or a related field.
- Knowledge of data structures, databases (SQL...), Big Query, Data Warehouse, ability to build Data Mart, and Data Modeling.
- Proficient in SQL/PowerBI/Python
- Deep understanding of business indicators.( ex: ROAS, ROA, ROE...)
- Confident communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking

Working time and place

- Work from Monday to Saturday/week

Hai Duong Office: An Dinh, Viet Hoa, Hai Duong (with shuttle bus from Hanoi to HD)
Hanoi Office: No. 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi Capital, Vietnam
