Plan and process all purchasing activities for the appointed products (pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry: Babe/Viviscal/Rejuran/Ekseption).
Work with suppliers and negotiate for purchasing to obtain optimum quality, price, and terms (best value for cost and time).
Evaluating potential suppliers: delivery; Submit for approval from managers for making decisions in terms of price, quality, delivery, and after-sales service of manufacturers, and suppliers; receiving and evaluating quotations, to obtain optimum quality, price, and terms (best value for cost and time).
Effectively building and maintaining good internal and external relationships;
Maintain productive and supportive relationships with all suppliers to obtain the best cooperation in supplying and resolving any problems and claims if any.
Prepare procedures, customs declarations, and necessary documents for import procedures.
Track progress, manage the journey of goods, control, and be ready to give feedback on the quality and quantity of goods.
Ensure orders comply with contractual agreements; Exchange and adjust accordingly.
Effectively building and maintaining good internal and external relationships;
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounting-Finance, and Warehouse departments to control inventory, and calculate the amount of goods consumed at each time to plan purchases to ensure always enough supply at each time.
Evaluate the ordering plan and propose adjustments, if any.
Analyze and evaluate external price trends to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs.
Making reports as assigned by the manager.
Other tasks assigned by the Purchasing Manager or BOD.

Have Bachelor/Master degree in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business Administration, Economics or related field.
Have 3 or more years of experience in a similar field, knowledgeable about import-export operations.
Priority is given to candidates working in import-export - Purchasing goods for medical equipment companies, pharmaceutical-cosmetic companies and related industries.
Fluency in English (4 skills)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good planning and bargaining skills
Professional communication skills.
Final result oriented, positive thinking and hard working.
