1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across social media platforms.
• Ensure that social media activities align with 315 Medical overall marketing strategy, branding, and business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media to optimize marketing effectiveness.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Plan, create, and manage content across all necessary social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop a one-year social content plan to maintain consistency and ensure a well-balanced posting frequency.
• Supervise the production of visual content, including images, videos, and designs, by collaborating with internal teams or external partners when needed.

3. Community Management

• Monitor and manage comments and brand mentions on social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with the customer community and influencers to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to gather customer feedback, improve brand perception, and develop engagement programs.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Ads team to synchronize online and offline campaigns, attract customers, and increase revenue.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure high-quality and visually appealing marketing materials.
• Support the organization of events, influencer marketing campaigns, and digital promotions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Health & Beauty preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Strong expertise in brand management, consumer insights, creativity, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Highly adaptable, open-minded, resourceful, and pragmatic.
