Mô tả Công việc
Receive work assignments, manage, and take responsibility for assigned work results and quality.
Check and supervise the processes, regulations, and forms of departments to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Control legal risks and ensure compliance with regulations in the company's operations:
Check and evaluate the legality and compliance of the company's activities with the provisions of law, internal regulations, and processes.
Develop policies, regulations, and procedures to manage and guide the company's legal work.
Advise the Board of Directors and departments on legal issues, legal regulations, and related risks that may arise
Drafting/Legal review of contracts/documents/processes/legal documents:
Draft, review, and appraise the legality of documents and contracts signed by the company.
Participate in negotiations and discussions with partners as requested by Managers.
Resolve complaints, disputes, and related proceedings:
Resolve company disputes, including: researching case files, collecting information, proposing opinions, and working with departments on the case, agreeing on a handling plan.
Draft letters/official dispatches/written opinions to be sent to courts/arbitrators and relevant agencies to protect the company and promptly counter actions that damage the company's reputation and interests.
Directly participate in mediation sessions, work with courts/arbitrators, and attend trials when assigned or authorized.
Manage and monitor the process of implementing administrative procedures and registrations at competent state agencies according to the company's needs, including: registering business locations, changing business lines, updating business information, etc.
Support Manager to develop and maintain comprehensive compliance and risk management training programs to enhance risk awareness for employees.

Bachelor of Law.
Additional training in lawyer skills or qualification to practice as a lawyer.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of law.
Experience with drafting and editing legal submissions.
Mastery of the current legal regime.
Mastery of professional expertise and knowledge of relevant circulars, decrees, and legal documents.
Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus.
Proficiency in writing and speaking English.Laptop
