Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager who is motivated by challenges and is ready to dive into building solutions and turning our visions into reality. You will have the ultimate responsibility for delivering business value through actionable insights as well as driving our company to be a rigorously data-driven company. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, be customer-centric, and have a deep understanding of user behavior and product analytics, including customer journey and product funnel analysis. They should also be able to conduct market research and analyze fintech products.

Responsibility:

- Develop innovative approaches to analyzing and visualizing data, providing clear and actionable insights to drive business decisions;

- Develop a data-driven approach to growth and marketing by analyzing user behavior and product analytics with customer journey and product funnel insights;

- Conduct research on the market and other fintech products to identify new opportunities for growth and marketing strategies;

- Identifying new opportunities for growth in the Data & Analytics area and drive them to closure with respective stakeholders (internal as well as external)

- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, Product, Risk, and AI/ML teams to identify insights and opportunities to optimize and scale growth and marketing efforts;

- Business Development: Participate in all aspects of the proposal development cycle; contribute to the development of proposal technical content; participate in the development of sales presentation or market positioning material.

- Engagement Management: Manage a project or program team; develop work plans for the engagement; determine the client needs by selecting and applying appropriate approaches, tools, and techniques to the client's business.

- Practice Development & Eminence: Participate in the development of market-valued intellectual capital; contribute to the development of practical solutions and methodologies; participate in third parties and partners relationship building.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, and related disciplines;

Work Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in a management position;

- Experience in the ability to grasp business models, and specialized knowledge in data analytics;

- Strong thinking to observe, collect, and analyze trends and business development strategies skilled in measuring, evaluating, and analyzing the market and competitors

- Understanding of the field, products, and services that the company is operating in;

- Good English

- Planning skills, problem solving skills, good communication and presentation skills, analytical skills, good use of data representation tools (BI tools, Tableau, etc.), skilled in managing, training, and allocating human resources able to work at high intensity and under pressure
