The position is critical in providing solutions to all people-related matters as well as coordinating with HR team to lead and execute all HR Operational domains in our North and central.
HR Operations
To liaise with Business partner & internal HR teams (CoE, TA) deliver people advisory, engagement, relations and HR initiatives execution in Northern and Central areas. This position is responsible to:
- Take critical role to consult people managers and staff on people-related matters from resources management, compensation and benefit management, performance management, development, termination and disciplinary.
- Coordinate with HR COE, Business heads to design annual engagement plan and execute it.
- Act the role of Talent acquisition to source, interview and access people
- Act the role of Engagement to connect with Leadership team strengthen staff morale and organize all the events, engagement initiatives in the area, he / she is responsible for.
- Deliver all onboarding / induction programs to new hires and exit interviews for leavers.
- Ensure a great Employee experience journey for partners from On-boarding process to the Exit stage.
- Make sure job matching and job evaluation well-updated at annual basis
- Execute the Performance Management cycle for staffs in North & Central, from objective setting to year-end review as per the timeline and guideline from CoE team.
- Follow up and advise employees and people managers on developing & executing Performance Improvement Plan
- Coordinate with Business HR to ensure change management effectiveness in restructuring organizational change’s exercise
Job Accountability
- Play critical role to advise business partner on implementing people interventions and HR policies
- Advise people managers or employees on people-related topics including learning and career development, remuneration, engagement, leadership, personal or professional issues …
- Play a critical role in driving a strong connection between people from Northern and central areas with Leaders and HR to build positive morale for staffs in Northern and Central
- Ensure the effectiveness of organizational change management planning & execution for in charged areas
- Ensure workforce including mindset, capabilities and values in alignment with Prudential culture
- Ensure the experience of employees across all HR touchpoints is well managed.
Qualifications : Bachelor degree
Experience And Knowledge
- Having Management experience of HR Business Partnering, People development, HR Operations, Employee Experience with 5-6 years of experience or above
- Strong planning & execution
- Stakeholder Management (interpersonal, influencing and communication skills)
