1. Plan, Operate and Control Maintenance Activities and Engineering Projects
- Effectively plan operation for maintenance activities or engineering project.
- Efficiently control cost and budget.
- Operate, control maintenance activities or project according to engineering rules & safety.
- Follow up maintenance schedule and project progress and supervise contractors during maintenance and repairing or project time.
- Prepare periodical or ad-hoc reports as requested by superior.
- Propose action plans and carry out suitable actions to improve or boost project progress and effectiveness.
2. Engineering Services
- Research and implement appropriate technologies for engineering project.
- Research and set up standards for engineering project.
3. Knowledge and Technology
- Research and train/adapt knowledge related to the assigned work.
- Distribute knowledge and technologies to internal and external staffs.
4. Others
- Support production improvement activities.
- Perform other work assigned by superior.
5. Supports management programs and strategies like TPM, ISO, ETC.
6. Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned as the need arises.
