Job Description
Your Mission
The Product Specialist is crucial in optimizing in-game user experiences and driving monetization and live operations. By leveraging deep insights into game mechanics and user insights, analyzing data, and conducting market research, you'll optimize our product operations and campaigns, propose innovative features, and create engaging activities across diverse player segments. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring cohesive and impactful user engagement and making our game launches hit the mark and exceed expectations.
Your Quest
- Build and execute a full cycle of Product planning, ensure full accessibility and healthy player experience. Continuously explore and drive new initiatives to optimize player base and revenue further, through sustainable developments
- Drive end-to-end management on user and revenue campaigns from formulation, planning, design and development, QA, release, post-launch monitoring, and post-event reporting.
- Conduct market research & user research and keep close relations with game communities to stay updated on users’ insights, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to improve user acquisition, retention, and experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and generate insightful reports on product performance, user metrics, and provide recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basisWork closely with operation, marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of Product plan & campaign.
- Supporting live product operations on ad-hoc basis, from QA, localization, and other functions, other tasks as required.
Your Stats
- A deep love for gaming with experience of playing different game genres is a must-have.
- Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience, with experience in product management, operations, BA, BI, or related fields in Digital Product industry is a plus.
- Proven track record in analytical skills, including the ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, and perform insightful analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Data Visualization is a plus.
- Adept in formulating ideas and plans into meticulous, structured documents for proposals, reporting, and presenting to key stakeholders.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, deliver under pressure and adapt to constantly changing priorities.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Chinese is a plus.
