Job Description

Are you passionate about ensuring smooth operations and maximizing efficiency?

Join LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam and play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our state-of-the-art packing machinery. Join a talented team, contribute to effectively preventive maintenance and continuous improvement, all while contributing to the production of the world's most iconic toys. The Stock Keeper is responsible for every aspect of inventory management as it relates to MRO related items, maintenance parts, maintenance workshop supplies and equipment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Unpack, check and inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and any signs of damage.

  • Verify shipping documents (such as delivery notes and purchase orders) to ensure accuracy.

  • Enter the received goods into inventory records, updating stock levels in the system.

  • Store items in an orderly and safe manner, following established guidelines (e.g., by type, category, or SKU).

  • Label stock appropriately to ensure easy identification and retrieval.

  • Ensure that items, particularly hazardous or perishable goods, are stored according to health and safety regulations.

  • Prepare and issue stock as requested by departments or customers, ensuring accuracy in quantities.

  • Record all stock movements, such as stock issued or returned, to maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items are running low or overstocked.

  • Assist in ordering or reordering stock when necessary to avoid shortages or excess stock.

  • Regularly count and audit stock to ensure records are accurate and identify discrepancies.

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock counts and inventory records.

  • Report any issues, such as damaged goods or stock shortages, to management.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom or warehouse to optimize efficiency and prevent accidents.

  • Work closely with MRO Specialist to process returned goods and ensure they are either restocked or appropriately handled (e.g., returned to the supplier or disposed of).

  • Maintain records of defective or returned items.

  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Do you have what it takes?

  • High school (12/12), vocational school or above

  • Must be highly proficient with MS Office (excel)

  • Prefer to have experience about inventory management of technical parts.

  • Prefer to have experience in manufacturing environment.

  • Work and follow shift pattern.

  • Interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.

  • Able to read and understand basic technical datasheet
