SHOPPER CONVERSION (ONSITE & OFFSITE) • Build digital marketing strategies to drive the eCommerce business growth on marketplace: Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and new online business models for onsite and offsite • Manage all digital activities from traffic acquisition, A/B testing to conversion and retention for each ecommerce platform • Execute on strategies that drive improvements including click rate, conversion rate, ROAS, CPC, customer acquisition cost with related platform and brand-owned campaigns • Collaborate with eCommerce platforms to buy Visibility package • Execute onsite marketing solutions on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok • Execute traffic-based paid media campaigns to bring external traffic to our SIS page. • Develop campaign calendar and oversee social media pages and ecommerce pages. • Research products, services, and current Ecommerce & Marketing strategies to identify new opportunities. • Analyze relevant eCommerce and internal 1st Party data to create data driven marketing plan and optimization items to achieve eCommerce KPIs. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective media plan. • Establish SOP and best practice in digital marketing. • Budget management, project management & forecasting. • Weekly reporting on activity, KPIs and budget. DIGITAL SHELF • Make sure that the assortment and commercial strategy reflected in digital marketing plan. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure perfect eContent (Perfect store online). • Manage our eContent to optimize organic search performance• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field • 5+ years of digital marketing/media from brand site for eCommerce, preferably from marketplace platforms or MNC eCommerce Digital Marketing role of FMCG companies • Strong knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing: digital media, eContent, digital customer research. • Firm understanding of Ecommerce marketing solutions and all performance marketing tactics and metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC) • Strong expertise in all forms of bidding media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google and other social platforms) • A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns • Excellent written & verbal communication skillsThưởng Lương tháng 13 & thưởng kết quả kinh doanh (theo kết quả kinh doanh hàng năm) Chăm sóc sức khoẻ Khám sức khỏe định kỳ Cơ hội du lịch Team building hàng năm
